Thanks for the great feedback! I agree. There is no need to over do it on rods if a 5 wt is fine for smallies. Sometimes our wants are more tempting than what we really need. Dan

I just purchased a used Sage ZXL tonight. Factory demonstrator and it looks absolutely brand new. Beautiful rod. It is 486-4. I think that it will be perfect for the Driftless area and Colorado...
