I tried the Ultimate trout on my 3wt. LP, it was alright but the gold just seemed to fit the rod better.

I've got a Garman 62 that works great, I put the 1:24,000 scale maps on it and it has all the detail I would ever need. If you use it in conjunction with Basecamp, Garmans free app, you can plot...

Alvin (Theriault flies) only sells them by the pack, I can't remember how many, kind of expensive that way. Like the others have said check out ebay, I think there was someone else from southern...

I've got one of the older superfine one once's in a two weight that's very slow, they come up on flea bay all the time, you should be able to pick one up fairly cheap.

The new ones are on sale...

I was just thinking about tying a soft hackle pheasant tail today, I like the looks of the grouse, I've got a couple of fresh skins drying down stairs I'm going to have to give it a shot.
