I would figure out what the closest body of water to me that is mildly decent, and then figure out what shop has the most knowledge about that...

ComeonAvs, Trout's in Denver carry the Bozeman brand in stock, and I believe they fish them regularly. They are machined every bit as good as any you will find, but I agree, that is a lot of money...
