they are i believe the latest version of this model. they have the Stream-Tread sole. They were bought this year and have the simms hardbite star cleat on them.

I usually like it on bottom. What im trying to do is get the fly in front of their faces so they strike on reaction. Im usually using 2 or 3 split shots. It depends on depth/speed of water
