I would give redington a call and get the exact grain window for the rod.. That should help you choose line weight. Alot of line mfgs will also be able to recommend which one of their lines will suit...

What kind of fishing do you plan on doing?? Nymphing, swinging, pinning, spin gear? There are hundreds of guides if not more. Alot of them swear by different kinds of fishing. I would look for one...

Truth be told, there is a reddington cpx 9' 8wt on the clymb for 126$$!!:eek: That is a crazy deal. I am one impulsive act away from buying the 6wt to throw a full sink and big streamers.. Check it...

Imo if you are lucky enough to have bright chrome run all over then so be it! I think 10wt Is overkill also. The problem is that you may be able to get away with 0x or maybe 1x for lining salmon, and...

Hey there. Hopefully ill have a chance to go too with my crazy schedule. Water has been pretty high. 1400cfs and up. My old man was having luck with caddis. March browns also have been around....
