Line Question

May be grabbing a Scott X2s 7# and wanted to know, based on experiences, should I throw a true 7# line or upsize? Mostly freshwater stripers and bass and some saltwater.

TFO makes a good Salt 6Wt (TiCr). I have a 8wt TLS that is good for sodium free stripers and lake largemouth. A 7 wt may be your best bet. Really depends on what flies you will be throwing. Let...
