I find that I fish all types of flies and over the years I find that I like whatever style of fly the fish want on that day is what I like to fish.:D

I use a Zebra Midge and a Deep Blue Poison Tung as my main midge patterns in winter here in WNC. You can also tie a Black Winter Stone in a #16 or#18 nymph and do well in Feb.and March.
