For the record, I went out and purchased it, in 9 wt. I had to order it because no one seems to have them on the shelf like to other TFO series rods. But I don't know why. It is less $ than the TiCr...

Thanks BigCliff. I was going to put Rio outbound on the new rod. I will try it on my TFO rod. The Rio Outbound has some great qualities over the line I,m using. You confirmed it.
