I do the brooches now and again Fred,tried these for something new.

Stops the boredom setting in and things becoming repetitive.

Well its a healthy dish and easy to cook.Just dont go heavy on the butter :)

You can always grill the salmon aswell and it doesnt need to be smoked.As with any fish.

Have you tried cod dipped...

Recipe as follows.

Tail of a smoked salmon.

Cover with butter to keep it moist,fresh dill on top,ground black pepper and some salt.

A few king prawns.

I love my fish and enjoy cooking it.

Hers last nights delight,with Marie rose sauce,king prawn tails,blackberries which are quite tasty with this and give a differnet flavour when mixed...

I dont know noreaster,these are the only ones I have used some are different in colours and not all the same.

will need to do some investigating on these as they are good additions to fly tying.

yes its plastic of a sort and floats really well.It makes a great dry fly and I would say on your rocky rivers would be a great working fly.
