there is only one fly shop in Blue Ridge, i would stop by and talk with them, the guys that work there have always been helpful to me. even though i have been fishing that area for several years...

google earth is a big contributor. i use it most to figure out routes to the water or determine just how far away from civilization a part may be. when there is a specific area i have in mind a map...
