Re: Good 9' 5-6 weight rod for tight line nymphing

Re: 10' or 11' 3wt for euro nymph rod???

Re: Todd similar to SAGE SLT

I have a Sage SLT in both 904 and 865 models , with the former in 2 pieces, and they are wonderful rods. Many felt the 8'6" 5 wght at its time was the sweet spot in the line, but agree the ZXL was an...

Re: Hardy Zenith 8'6" 5 wt?

James, great response as I have the 9' 5 and promptly sought out a 4 wght , as eventually settled on the 10' 4 as the mythical 8'10" 4 one piece I have never seen on secondary market or thru any of...

Re: Nymph rod: What do I need?

Re: Has anybody tried G. Loomis NRX LP 490-4?

Not to steal original thread on GLoomis, in my hands and for waters here in Central Pa , the 9'1" Seele Tailwind 4 wght is the best all around 9' ish 4 weight. Again it is a four weight, but dries,...

Re: Scott G2 line?

Scott G-2, are true wght lines, Do not over line, relax your stroke and the 883 will be awesome Rod. It is newer version of action of Sage LL 389 Rod. Rio LT line will be nice match.
