Ray,

If that's your first you are going to have a box full of beauties by spring! I like the colors and the butt waist touch too. I do not believe you need a bunch of critique just tie some more and things will fall into line for you. If you want to talk about winging PM and I'll answer as I have time.

Nice Fly. My Comment would be to not use a bobbin, or to untwist the floss as you wrap it on. The other thing is to burnish the floss before ribbing it. It smooths it out nicely. I use a round plastic swizzle stick & it works like a charm.
