Default The Bush Doctor; Original salmon pattern

This has been around my box for awhile but I had not posted it here until now. The Silver Doctor Atlantic salmon fly was remade in the western United States in the 1930's as The Western Doctor. After fishing the Western Doctor for silver salmon here in Alaska I found the pattern could use some synthesis in order to make it a bit more durable and a little more high visibility.
The result is my own rendition of the fly bearing some new twists.

The Bush Doctor;
