Those are very nice ties, I am wondering as well, where did you get the Hawk feathers? The last I heard that was a no-no here in the states.

Hawks are protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918.

Yes, cicvara is from Serbia, regardless of whether or not we can tie that same pattern it is still a pretty nice alternative to an old classic.

And here in Serbia, protected, I have a few feathers, and they set up nests on high trees, below can always be found sometimes feathers.
