The Alaskan Tsarina.

My friend Ard wanted me to tie a salmon fly for Alaska ....although I've never fished for salmonso I tied one with the materials I could find.I'll repost it in the share patterns thread to get some specialist's opinions....the boss doesn't want any comments on the other thread.:army:

Hook size 2
Rabbit hair( white and orange)
Cristal hair(pearl)
Orange dubbing,gold tinsel
Hen feather
Plastic orange bead

Here's a rookie opinion. That fly is beautiful. It has to get the job done. It looks like something going after an egg. Plus, it's going to have lots of action.

It looks like this is a revived thread, but I think it would work for Silvers and Pinks especially. Nice looking fly.
