These are great bucktails Kelly, how do you get the head & eye to finish like that?

I use black thread for the head. I then put on one coat of Sally's Hard As Nails in black. Then after that is dry I put stick on eyes. Then you can epoxy, use uv stuff such as Bug Bond, or Sally's Hard As Nails etc...

Glad y'all like the flies.

You mean with photos and everything? I don't mind doing that, but these are just bucktail streamers. I am going to be doing many different types, and I will try to remember to post them here. I looked at the submission form thing for flies, and it is a bit over my head. But if you want, I can post photos. It is not hard, just time consuming, to tie these flies.

Those are great looking streamers. I like the way that you layered the colors like baitfish.
