Heres one that I have done for next season should do well for rainbows but I hope to try it on some salmon in low water

Chris' Fancey

Hook- #6
Tip- half gold, half silver
Tag- white
Tail- tippets
Butt- yellow sparkle dubbing
Rib- silver wire
Body- pale yellow floss
Shoulder- yellow sparkle dubbing
Under wing- lt blue dun hachle sparse
Wing- golden ginger orpington hackle tipps one long and one half length
Throat- badger or cream
Horns- mottled turkey one barb
Head- black



And one for practice on floss tecs for classic salmon



I think that on a #2 or larger 5 turns would be much easer

Nice body work on #2 Chris. The only problem I have with the really fancy bodies is the unavoidable angst felt if you lose one..................... You better make at least three of each if you figure they are going to be good fish catchers.

I plan on making a few of the first one and in some diffrent colours

The second one is practice before I try one of Ronn Lucas' atlantic patterns He dose some real nice looking flies, Ill still fish it see if its good or not
