Default Galloping Ghost

This is quite the fly. The feathers for the wing come for the Baikal Teal AKA Bali Duck, as pictured below. There are not many fractions of a feather for the dollar, so this a rather expensive fly. You can see the fly wing feathers on the duck's back.

Here is the fly
A Bert Quimby pattern. There are two other patterns using these feathers for the wing, the Bali Duck Streamer and Jesse Woods. Both will be forthcoming in the next few days.

Hope you like it. Hook is size 1 8XL

Eunan: Another awesome pattern! Pretty cool seeing where the feathers for the wing came from.

That fly looks like a Brookie Slayer, the flanks on that duck look interesting too.

Another gem Eunan. Really really pretty tie. Your proportions are amazing, that one's flawless! I bet the brown trout would find that one hard to resist.

Now this is one I've never seen Eunan, great example of it too regardless of whether I've seen it before or not I know a good streamer tie when I see it.

Also, I just noticed the vise jaws, no need to worry about a hook turning on you with that one eh?
