they call um steelie orange for a reason I guess? its the bugs shop glo bug yarn in steelie orange and used blood colored mcfly foam for the dot. size 12 scud hooks

GMF,
Not sure if this was a question but here goes. They are about the color of a Rainbow / Steelhead Trout egg, a real egg. At least that is the color of the trout eggs here.

heres some steelhead eggs. caught a female last year and while unhooking and releasing her she decided to leave a few eggs behind? they are a orange peach color.
