I've never tied or fished an intruder so I figured I'de give it a go. I'll try anything to get tug in this cold water! Yep its on a tube, go figure!

Yes sir,
Tail Amherst shoulder ( I'm not sure about the shoulder but its one of those greenish feathers on the Amherst skin)
Two or three turns of blue marabou
Body, blue ice dub
Rib flat silver tinsel
Collar more amherst followed by two turns of royal blue marabou, three turns of guinea, two turns of orange marabou
A few more wraps of guinea
bead chain eyes and some Sally's

I gave it a shot today, no fish but it looks good in the water although it didn't like the faster sections with all the marabou but in the softer edge water it came alive!

Nice! I use beadchain eyes on almost all of my wooley buggers, and think that they make the fly much more bite-worthy.
