Default Orange Tip; A Trout & Salmon Fly

This is one of my AK. patterns, it works very well as an attractor fly in the swift water. The fly is fished greased line style as a streamer.

Very nice work. Your patterns are always superb. Is that 8/0 thread?

Really nice tie! It looks easy enough that I think I could attempt it!

Thanks to everyone, you are very kind and I appreciate it.

Yes most of my nylon & silks are 8/0 size.

Same her. Once I got familiar with the handling of 8/0 thread, I've never wanted to go back, even on streamers, though on size 4's and above I need to
