Default Smokys Report

Fished the Park today and had some decent results. We were on the N.C. side on The Luftee just above Smokemont. The water level is excellent with plenty of water and easy wading. Temperature is holding at 60 degrees. The morning started slowly with a few fish on nymphs. we stopped at noon and had lunch. After lunch we started back and I switched to my favorites (drys) and I have a much more productive afternoon with 12 more fish in hand and I had 2 that were in the 10-12" range. Rainbows and browns made up the catch list, but no brookies. if the water holds at the level throughout June it should be a great month..........
