Fishing on National Wildlife Refuges?
If you fish on National Wildlife Refuges, this thread is for you:
I'm about to embark on a trip along the South East coast - from NC to Florida - filming on National Wildlife Refuges. I'm missing one critical piece - where do anglers go to catch fish on refuges? Help me out, and we might just capture you on camera-;)
Re: Fishing on National Wildlife Refuges?
Well, here in Florida, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge is popular, particularly Mosquito Lagoon. I haven't tried it myself yet, but if you're interested in fishing in NWRs it's one place you should surely check out.

Of course, there's decent fishing almost everywhere in Florida, so any NWR (and we have quite a few; google is your friend) here might be of interest to you.
