Default Western NC Fly Fishing Trail

Has anyone fished this area ? through research there are plenty of options on type of water to fish and there are general maps available but the issue for me is where are access points, places to camp, or areas that are not private land for the possibility of a float trip. been searching for a little but having difficulty findings this info. looking at maybe going around march 10.
know if this infor is available anywhere ?
