Default Cape Canaveral Pier

I am an avid fly fisherman from the midwest and have no prior fishing for this area. We are taking a trip here in Feb. Can anyone offer any advice for this area? I was planning on fishing off the pier but when I called a local bait and tackle shop in the area they offered me no advice. Where does one fish, flies, any good fly fishing close to this area?

Thanks

Scarface

You wont be able to fish off the pier, by fly anyway, its about 30 ft high off the water. The surrounding areas in Cocoa Beach. There are numerous flats on the river side that can offer a great day on the water
