James: If you don't get any other replies to your question, PM lambster, he is a member of this forum, but doesn't post that much. I know he has fished the Toccoa River.

Hello James

We guide on the Toccoa River and the North Georgia Mountains...... any questions you might have please shoot us a e-mail steve@georgiaflyguide.com the Toccoa River fishes very well in the Spring, March through June are your better months but Trout can be caught year-round on the Tailwaters. Also the Hooch is another good choice, its good tailwaters and the lower half has Shoalies and Trout and it also fishes very well! Upper Mountain streams are very productive with wild Trout!!!!! No monsters but you can fish the SoQue River located in NE Georgia that has Trophy Trout! Hope this is helpful! Godbless! Tight lines!
