Jeff,
The winner was the Beulah 5/6wt 10'6", it was a close race but at the end, I think I am getting the value, functionality and credibility out of it more than the other great contenders.

You will not regret your choice. I have yet to meet a Beulah i didn't like.

Can't go wrong with a Beulah! I don't have their switch, but I fish their platinum 13'-2" Spey (7wt) religiously!

The rod is still in the mail but I am sure that I will like it. It is pretty hard to find negative comment about the Beulah online and most people recommended it. Well, I am most people.
