Default Quarry Park and Nature Preserve

Has anyone ever heard or been to Quarry Park and Nature Preserve in Stearns county, Minnesota? It says that the DNR stocks it yearly, I just stumbled on this place by accident. I go to school at SCSU so it would be great if their was a good trout place nearby for me to try. I can't find much info about this place so any help would be great.
Thanks, Cabot

Well, today I caught my first trout at the Park. I have gone there a couple of times and have caught nothing but bass. But now I know for sure there are some trout lurking in the water.

I don't have any of the trout. I am new to handling trout so I just tried to get them in the water as fast as I could. I am already trying to see when I can get back there.

Well I went back today for a couple hours, and I had a little more luck. I got a couple nice rainbows after I asked a some people if their dogs could swim somewhere else.... The color of the day was olive, I tried a couple of different flies but the only thing they'd hit was an olive woolly bugger and the same with a BH. Here are some pictures.

Nice pics! Looks like a lot of fun. Wish I would have know they were there when I lived in Becker.
