St. Croix

My wife's family goes to Taylors Falls, MN every year for a weekend in October. This year we are going with and I was just wondering if anyone has any experience fishing the St. Croix near Taylors Falls? Or any tips for fishing the St. Croix in general?
Thanks, Cabot

Re: St. Croix

I have a buddy that fishes it somewhat often for smallmouth and walleye but usually higher up than Taylors Falls. I'm sure it would be just as good around there you just have to find the spots. Don't go where the cliff jumpers go, you probably won't see much.
