LOL - You dont "pull in a fish like that".

Imagine casting into the freeway and hooking the bumper of an 18 wheeler doing 75mph.

The first words out of your mouth will be "Oh my frigging god! Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!"

well im using large 8" long epoxy head bunker style flys tied from neer hair. The addicting part of all this is the explosive strike when your not even expecting it. You will make maybe 30 cast in the same location and cast number 31 the river explodes and the fight is on.

I have taken a pile of Musky on the fly and they are a riot. Usual flies are Weedman's Slider and big bunny leeches in red/black and yellow/brown color combinations. Also get some big pike as well.

Doing something wrong. Can't seem to get the pm to work. Send one to me and I will send you the pattern. If you check out Flyfishtv.com they have a dvd out on fishing pike. It's called Winnipeg Pike Patrol, not only does it show the fishing but tying the Weedman's Slider as well.
