LM, really? Have you ever caught a monster Smallie? Largemouths are whimps.

I've caught lots of Smallies... but I can't say I've ever tied into a Monster Smallie. I don't have any good Smallmouth streams nearby... so If I go any distance at all I'm usually after Trout. Smallies are plenty fun though... You like those do ya???

They are the best! They hammer poppers, streamers, just about anything.. And boy those long hard runs.... *sigh*

That one with the red triangle on the side is one of my favorites as well.

The equipment needed to get the feeding end open is a whole lot cheaper as well.

I'd rather hunt fish than bait deer any day.

I would have to say Striped Bass with Smallmouth a close second.
