Default smallie(pic)...and a few cat questions

So I went out again to my creek and slammed smallmouths I caught 10 all together most averaging 14 inches and a big one around 17. While I was fishing the hole that held these fish I noticed about 5 decent sized cats im guessing chhannels swimming about. I tried clousers, deceivers, and all my craw patterns but no dice any suggestions? BTW the water is crystal clear.....

Bead head leech. Works great on the Susky when it's clear. Smaller sizes . SBs will eat em to!

Buggers, leech, crayfish, clousers, zonkers, and bucktail streamers are all on the menu. If they're holding in clear water, try nymphing.

Nice smallmouth. About cats, I have caught channel cats on Murray's White Marauder more than once when I wasn't fishing for them.
