Default More LMB topwater action!!

Yesterday we wne to visit a friend, let the kiddos play and we would go fish the ponds. We hit up one that we dont normally go to but thats goign to have to change. we fished in on and off showers for about 2 hours...it was constant topwater crushing action. Average fish was 2 pounds, I couldnt tell you have many we both caught, probably 3 dozen between the two of us. We also saw 2 catfish eating stuff on the top, but i couldnt convince myself to switch the neon dalhberg out for a mouse but probably should have. Anyway...here are some pictures...

A doubles story....as we were calling it quits, my buddy and I cast in almost the same spot, a couple strips to seperate our flies and then pop! his goes under, pop! mine goes under...sweet!! doubles. both fish jumped and at the same time and tossed the flies. BOO!!!! So cast out to about the same spot, same strip, and BAM!! both of us hooked up again onto doubles.

Got em in this time.

That was all I took pictures of but we caught tons, and I really should have taken video after the fact. We will be back out there again in a couple weeks.
