Default lost all my panfish flies in a horrible i misplaced them accident.

I think i left them by the lake not sure. just discovered today when i pulled up ready to go. last time i fished was a couple days ago, so who knows.

I feel your pain, I lost by Brodin Ghost net a couple weeks ago while fishing the North Platte.

i only tie bass flies, can't seem to get good at the small hooks with my fingers

it hurts. i misplaced my entire nymph box this season. after searching the entire house, car, camping gear, and questioning the roommates like an investigator, the whereabouts are still unknown. i think it hurt most cause i tied that whole box, have to tye them all again having that in mind.

I'd rather lose a box and not know than drop a loose fly in the water and see a fish slam it 30 ft down stream

About a year ago I left a small container full of assorted strike indicators beside a local lake. Most of them were replaceable except for the tiny ones sent to me by a Japanese fly fisher who has since passed away. Those ones I was very sad about because of the sentimental value.

Good news: panfish are like pigs, they will eat just about anything you've got as long as it fits in their mouth (and even sometimes if it doesn't).
