Default Shad CAM

This is the CAM at the Bosher's Dam VA. It updates every 10 seconds or so. Lots of shad working their way up river from the ocean right now.

That's one of the better cams I've seen. But if course all I've seem so far is a Rainbow trout and an American Eel.

In the middle of the night it looks like science fiction/horror movie stills.
Nothin' but eels with all three screens full of them.

The trout could have been Weakfish or Sea Trout but the eels were American Eels as I had a clear look at their heads. Lot of fun to watch!

Well, the Magnolias are starting to bloom here in Northern MA and that means that the Shad will be running up the Merrimack River soon; this year I'm ready for them!
