Default Looks like you can skip fishing off the Oregon coast for the next couple of days.

Watching the weather report on local TV and waves of 22 to 24 feet are predicted. Got to watch one of these 'Rogue Wave' storms some years back and logs were being tossed close to 100 yards in land.

Major ocean side hotel had to be evacuated as the waves were blowing in the ground floor windows.

Don't know if they allow the surfer out there in those conditions anymore. Remember reading where one of these nut cases lost it and went on to the rock harbor breakwater. That had to be one hell of a mess to clean up.
