Great first fly.
Heres a nice video of a woolly bugger being tied that will give you some tips on techniques and proportions.

Yeah, for God's sake save that fly once you get your first fish on your first fly! I wish I had done that, and I got a really late start in fly fishing at the age of 30.

Looks fantastic for first one off the vice. There are probably a lot of us that would say it looks better than a lot of our 500th bugger off the vice. Keep it up, and definitely save it after the first fish. Fish a little heavier tippet than normal so you do not lose it.
