Thread: Bristol Bay Trout

  1. Default Bristol Bay Trout

Here's a few pic's from down this way! The biggest trout was jigged up trying for lakers in Naknek Lake and big pike through the ice. We fish with the fly whenever we can!

    Hi beagle,

I missed your posts when you joined and just went back and viewed them, Welcome to the forum. Beautiful trout you have there, I would love to get out there someday but I have to be content with fishing in South Central as things are. Maybe someday..........

I was going fly fishing until my wife suggested it, now I can't tell who is outsmarting who!

Being "one with nature" requires a knowledge of what animals are living nearby and a weapon of sufficient magnitude to give you at minimum an equal chance of survival. No one has an invisible aura that animals can detect and sense your good intentions.
