Hey folks,

Kind of an obscure question but looking to do a remote float trip that will require flying into and out of Kotzebue. There's only one airline that does it and as of right now there appears to be 2 flights a day in and out to Kotz on a 737. Question is, are these flights usually available via walk-up? If so, is the cost extremely high for last minute travel needs like you would find in the lower 48? Our flights in through Anchorage on our way to the trip are all setup, but we want to be flexible getting out of Kotz in case of bad weather and delays. Are those flights usually full or can you get on them last minute? Right now each way costs around $170. Will it be $500 day of? Thanks!
