So, I just looked in the trunk of my car and found my fly fishing bag with all my fly lines in it. I had unknowningly left it there for weeks in a car that gets up to 95 degrees in the daytime. Now all the coldwater lines seem to have a bunch of little bends and twists in the line, is there anything I can do to straighten the little bends?

You can try putting them in a bucket of hot (not boiling & just the line) water. Then take it out and give it a bit of a stretch and let it cool while straight. Let it cool slowly on it's own.
