Like a back yard grill with an s? Grills?

With a hard "s", not a soft "s". So it rhymes with the "pils" in "pilsner", not with the plural of "grill".

Although some seasoned salmon fishermen drop the "s" entirely and just say "grill".

I've I've alo heard some locals on the Miramichi say "grilt" which rhymes with built.
