Bahamas Question

A buddy and I are looking for a place in the Bahamas that has the following: mostly wade fishing. We don't need to really be guided, neither one of us wants to be poled around, we're not against being dropped off and picked up. If anyone knows of an island that has good fishing and a boat rental that would work as well. Thanks.

Freeport/Lucaya (Grand Bahamas) more wadeable water than you can do in 5 lifetimes ! Rent a moped and just cruise the shore road. And they have boat rentals at several places!
