Fished 3 days with Bruce Leslie only for a permit. 1st day had over 20 shots at fish, missed one eat. 2nd day had 11 shots missed another fish. 3rd day 8 shots. Finally hooked and landed one 7lb permit. First permit on fly, awesome. Stayed at Roberts Grove Resort for a week. Very nice place. As for fishing, we never left the bottom of the river mouth area of placenia. Very neat place.
