Hey all, My wife and I are heading to Belize mid March to celebrate our 25th! Im really pumped because she said i could do some fly fishing while there. We are going to be staying a couple nights in the Ka'ana, Chaa Gala area. Than heading south to stay at Belcampo for 4 nights. Have the opportunity for guide(Expensive) al Belcampo. Great reviews by Orvis. I have some questions if you can help.
Is there any fishing at our first stop?
Do I need a fishing license.
Are there local folks who will guide for less than orvis endorsed folks?
Is DIY possible near Belcampo?
We are really pumped to get there and take in the sights, birding etc. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated. Tight Lines and Thanks, Jake
