I went shopping for a Sage Fli and it was OK when I cast it...then I grabbed the TFO TiCr in a 9' 5 wt....and it was like it was made for me. Long casts were effortless and surprisingly a lot of feel on shorter casts. I've never had a rod feel that good from the get go. Anyone out there have any experience with TFO? and how would you compare them to the big guys - Sage, Loomis, Scott Etc?
