Trout fix - pics

Like a hard-drug addict, I get these itchy cravings to get out for my favorite fish, brown trout.

This itch was one that I couldn't push aside. With the water's going up around Winnipeg, I decided to pack up and head out west to the Parklands! Despite the horrid weather I was out on the water in my float tube and caught some beauties! Ohhh....ya.....that's the stuff. Itch scratched......for now!

Rainbows - ended up landing 7 over 21-inches with the largest pushing 24".

Browns - landed three and lost two. Largest was 23".

Thanks guys. Definitely a great time on the water. Unfortunately I won't be able to hit the water again for almost two weeks. Just got the tattoo worked on and have to wait for it to heal. :upset: Oh well. I'll tie up some flies and fill the fly boxes back up in the mean time.
