Hard to beat the recommendation on an Elk Hair Tan Caddis and an Adams (I prefer the parachute version; easier to see in the water). This time of year, a move to terrestrials could be a good one; beatles, ants, hoppers if you have them, etc.

I would add some humpy, bi-visable and irresistables to the box.
All high floating and visable patterns.
Skating spider patterns are real killers, too.
