    Hello all, I am a new member on this forum and i would just like to say hey. I just moved to bozeman MT and i am attending Montana State U. I know i am in the prime location for some good fly fishing but any help would be appreciated. Thanx and happy fishing!

    WOW! great school to pick man. I suggest you find one of the fly shops in town that has a guru type character who's happy to give out information for free or cheap. Pick his brain as much as you can about equipment, spots to fish, and catching trout.

    If MtSU has a Fly fishing course, you might wanna find out if there's a waiting list. The best college FF'ing programs often do.

    Hi MagicMaurice,

    Welcome to the forum. This is a good source of information. Cliff is right about the Fly Fishing course at school. I would bet there is a FFF or Trout Unlimited club that you could join. They will have members that will help you a lot.
