Anyone have an exact ID on this guy? I'm pretty sure it's a stonefly of some sort:

So I did some more digging and believe it's a skwala. If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.

Only one I saw all day, and never witnessed anything rising. But thanks for the ID! I've seen skwala nymphs, but not the adults. Quite a difference in coloration.
