Man those things are ugly to the bone. I was shopping at Wally World last week. One woman with three kids was freaking out over a Dobson fly that had hitched a ride on their shopping cart. They eventually got another cart.

Dobson flies are adult hellgramites, the "nymph" that the woolybuggger was originally designed to imitate.

I actually didn't realize that they were in the Missouri River, in central Missouri. I figured that it wouldn't be the type of stream they'd like
